In case you thought that Papademos and his unelected assistant
(he wouldn't have it any other way) were going to save the country,
think again.
At best, they're just holding the can while the Euro disintegrates.
At worst, they are what they seem to be, the beginning
of the Euro Empire, that dreaded monster that we were all
fearing.
Anyway, Greece's debts are largely under English law, so there's
no Greece to govern anyway. It literally has been deeded to
various groups within the EU, including banks.
What next? the Turks?
